我国教师教育综合化发展述评

摘    要:教师教育综合化发展是当代我国教师教育转型的重要趋势之一,它包括教师教育机构多元化和传统师范类院校职能的多样化发展两方面特点。通过对当代我国教师教育综合化发展的历史经验,以及当前师范类院校、综合大学和非师范类院校办教师教育的途径的分析,发现各校开展教师教育存在着一些值得注意的问题。

Abstract:Synthetical development of teacher education has been one of the most important trends of China teacher education transition up-to-date,its traits included the increase of multitudinous teacher education institution and the diversification of traditional teacher education institutions' function.This paper summarizes its historical experience by stages,analyses recent development way of normal university,multiversity and college which launch teacher education, and raise the problem and its countermeasure.
