| 摘 要： | 本文根据武术竞赛新规则修改实施后,对竞技武术自选套路太极拳技术发展状况及其相应的训练对策进行比较分析研究,讨论与分析竞技自选套路太极拳技术发展现状,找出与其相适应的训练对策,有助于教练员和运动员在训练中找到相关合理、科学的对策.

| Abstract: | Based on the new situation of the implementation of the new rules of Wushu competition,this study conducted a comparative study on the current development situation of Wushu self-choice Taiji Quan routine technique and its relative training strategy.The current development situation of Wushu self-choice Taiji Quan routine technique were analyzed and discussed and the training strategy was proposed,in order to facilitate coaches and athletes to find the proper and scientific strategy during the procedure of the training. |
