| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料和归纳总结的方法，分析了体育院校在培养和培训体育师资方面传统体育教学模式中存在的问题，探讨了如何树立体育课程改革的基本理念，构建以培养创新能力为核心的新型体育教学模式的策略，其目的是使我们培养的师资质量、水平更加适应新时期学校体育教学的需求。

| Abstract: | With the document and sum up method, the author analyzed some problems to reform the traditional teaching model and to cultivate teacher's of physical education. The author also discussed the basic idea of the reform of the P.E curriculum and set up the measure of the new instruction model for teaching course in P.E, so as to develop the student's ability for creating. |
