| 摘 要： | 《君主论》一书是马基雅维里在总结历史规律后,结合其自身丰富政治阅历而作,在西方政治思想史上具有深远影响。其中反映了马基雅维里的政治观,军事观和作为君主的道德观,并饱含了作者强烈的爱国情怀。同时,《君主论》历来是一部颇受争议的作品,但其中部分观点和作为君主的行为准则为随后历史中许多掌权者所践行。

| Abstract: | Today, public international law is relatively perfect, there is still unequal situation of national status. Usual the nations in power by treaty to expand their own interests, for a treaty another side, this is clearly unacceptable. Review to Chinese history, is a intertwined with the history of the＆quot;unequal treaties＆quot;humiliation on the lack of knowledge of international law and diplomacy in China, as people abroad return home, modern China began to pay attention to the understanding of foreign affairs, how to eliminate the＆quot;unequal treaties＆quot;serious violation has become urgent problems at the time,＆quot;revised＆quot;the efforts aimed at this problem, become an important part of Chinese diplomatic history. |
