如何理解教师教育大学化?

摘    要:教师教育大学化意味着没有教育学院的大学要建立教育学院,而有教育学院的大学必须在原有教育学院的制度功能上进行转型,意味着:要建立多项目或多层次结构的教师教育制度,建立教师教育在高等教育中的学科地位,确立教师学位新观念,处理教师执照和证书之间的关系,确立教师教育者地位,建立理论与实践的平衡,解决教育学院与文理学院之间、教育学院的教授与文理学院的教授之间、教师教育者与教育理论家之间的矛盾,处理教师教育大学化与教师教育研究之间的关系,处理教师教育大学化与中小学之间的关系.

Abstract:ion The universitization of teacher education means that universities without schools of education should establish such schools, and those who have such schools must make functional changes to them. Thus we should set up multi program or multi layer teacher education system, radicate the standing of teacher education in higher education, introduce new concepts of teachers' degrees, deal with the relation between teacher license and teacher certificate, establish the status of teacher educators, reach and keep the balance between theory and practice, solve the contradictions between schools of education and liberal arts colleges, between the professors of these two kinds of colleges, and between teacher educators and educational theorists, and consider and manage the relations between the universitization of teacher education and the research on teacher education, and between the universitization of teacher education and secondary and elementary schools.
