| 摘 要： | 教育见习的设置在教师教育中要具有一贯性。它可以奠定师范生对教育活动的感性认识基础,有助于教师综合职业品质的形成。教育见习可以集中与分散相结合的原则灵活设置,关键是应加强对见习过程的管理,使其规范化、系统化和科学化。高师应本着互惠互利的原则,加强与中小学的联系,建立稳定的实习见习基地。
