| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育处于国民教育体系的特定位置,高职新生是进入高职的中学毕业生群体,其体育锻炼意识与行为研究具有特殊的意义。本文运用专家访谈、调查分析、数理统计等法,从体育锻炼意识特征特别是体育锻炼意识的认知、情绪、意志,体育锻炼行为特征,以及影响体育锻炼的因素等方面,对高职新生体育锻炼意识与行为进行了系统研究,结果显示我国中学教育对体育教学的重视程度有待提高,包括高职在内的高等院校现行体育课程教学改革尚有较大空间。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is in a specific positionof the national education system,the source of students in vocational colleges are from high schools,the study on their awareness and behavior of physical exercise has a special significance.The methodsof expert interviews,investigation and analysis,mathematical statistics were applied in this paper.Asystematic study was conducted on the awareness and behavior of physical exercise of the freshmen in vocational colleges from the awareness characteristics of physical exercise,especially in the aspect of cognition,emotion,will,physical exercise behavior and the factors affecting physical exercise.The results showed that emphasis degree on physical education in secondary schools in China needs to be improved,there is a larger space existing in physical education curriculum reform in higher education,including in vocatio-nal colleges. |
