| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷方式,调查探讨了青岛市初中班主任心理健康状况。结果表明:被试的心理健康状况整体情况明显好于普通人群;从症状的分布广度来看,被试有38%的人在某方面达到异常水平;一个人的自我与其经验的和谐程度,与其心理健康水平显著相关。

| Abstract: | This study discusses the psychological health of the form masters in Qingdao junior middle schools by the means of questionnaire. The result indicates that the overall psychological health of the subjects is obviously better than that of ordinary people. As far as the diversity of the psychological symptom is concerned, 38% of the total subjects are abnormal in some aspects. The harmony between the selfhood and the experience of one person is closely related to his psychological health. |
