| Abstract: | What we called quality is not limited to knowledge or ability.The absolutely necessary quality of higher professional and vocational foreign language majors include the talent of language,a hunch and love to mother tongue and target language,the ability and eagerness of technician,healthy professional morality and curiosity.There are many ways of enhancing the realization of the quality but the most important procedure is professional learning. |
