| 摘 要： | 在对美国的四大球职业联盟纪律处罚机制分析的基础上，着重对处罚中的程序公正性展开剖析，对处罚中程序不公正时的救济方式进行研究。结合国外案例和我国职业体育纪律处罚中的假球现象进行分析和比较，明确了程序公正性在纪律处罚机制中的核心地位，突出完善我国职业体育纪律处罚机制和健全我国多元体育纠纷救济机制的必要性。

| Abstract: | On the basis of a study on the discipline punishment mechanism of American professional alliances of the four big balls,the authors of this paper try to focus on the analysis of the procedure fairness of punishment and the relief means that are needed when the procedure of punishment is not fair. In combination with the overseas cases and the kind of professional sports discipline enforced in the case of false plays in China, the authors seek to confirm the core position of procedure fairness in the discipline punishment mechanism and make it certain that it is of great significance to perfect the discipline punishment mechanism for professional sports and establish various relief mechanisms for sports disputes in China. |
