| 摘 要： | 从图书馆的核心价值出发,分析了流通业务外包的利弊,提出读者服务工作是图书馆核心价值的重要组成部分,流通服务工作是读者服务工作的主要形式,是体现图书馆核心价值的重要工作。流通业务外包虽然能够解决人员不足的困难,提高工作效率,但存在的种种弊端阻碍了图书馆核心价值在流通服务工作中的完全实现。流通业务外包弊大于利,不是图书馆的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the core value of library,this paper analyses the pros and cons of outsourcing of circulation business,puts forward that reader service work is an important component of library core value,circulation service work is the main form of reader service work which embodies the core value of library.Although circulation outsourcing can solve the difficulties of the lack of staff as well as improve work efficiency,there are a variety of drawbacks that hinder the library core value being fully realized in circulation service work.Library circulation outsourcing does more harm than good,which is not the development direction of library. |
