| 摘 要： | 通过参考大量文献资料，提出CK作为血清酶是监测肌细胞是否损伤的重要生化指标．揭示了血清CK及同功酶活性与运动强度和训练量及机体功能状态之间的关系，了解它与运动的关系可以有效的指导运动训练，防止肌细胞损伤。
