有氧操锻炼对女大学生心理健康影响效应的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨有氧操锻炼对女大学生心理健康的影响效应。方法:实验组的女大学生采用自编的有氧操3套,进行18周的训练,3次倜,60-90min/次。利用锻炼感觉量表和心理健康诊断测验量表等研究工具,对实验前后实验对象的心理健康状况进行评价。结果:实验组实验前后存在锻炼感觉的显著差异(除疲劳感外);对照组实验前后除积极参与感存在显著性差异外,无锻炼感觉其它指标的差异;实验组与对照组在实验后存在心理效应的显著差异(除疲劳感外);实验组在实验前后心理健康状况存在显著性差异,而对照组在实验前后心理健康状况则没有差异;实验组与对照组在实验后心理健康状况存在显著性差异。结论:适宜的有氧操锻炼对女大学生的心理健康水平有较大的促进作用,同时还能增强女大学生的运动愉快感。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influences of aerobic gymnastics on mental health of female university students. Methods: Students in the study group exercised according to aerobic gymnastics for a period of eighteen weeks, three times in a week, 60~90 minutes every time. Compare pre- with post- study mental health conditions, the exercising feeling and mental health were tested. Results: First, in the gymnastics group, differences in exercising feeling were significant between pre- and post- investigation except fatigue. In the control group, it appeared that only participation enthusiasm changes noticeably after investigation.Second, differences in exercising feeling were significant between the gymnastics and control group after investigation except fatigue. Third, in the gymnastics group, significant difference in mental health had been demonstrated between pre- and post- investigation. Nevertheless, the same result was not obtained in the control group. Fourth, differences in mental health were significant between the gymnastics and control group after investigation. Conclusion: Appropriate aerobic gymnastics can effectively promote mental health of female university students and simultaneously increase their euphoria from sports.
