健身俱乐部市场体系之构建--基于宁波市经营性健身俱乐部现状调研的思考

摘    要:采用问卷调查、实地考察和座谈讨论等方法,对宁波市健身俱乐部的投资者、管理者、经营者和消费者进行了调研.并基于对调研结果的分析、论证,揭示了健身俱乐部市场运作存在的主要问题,进而提出了健身俱乐部市场体系构建的基本框架,即健身俱乐部体系的网络化,健身俱乐部管理的多元化和健身俱乐部服务的多样化.

Abstract:With the combination of questionnaire investigation,field work,and interview and discussion,this research conducted an investigation among the investors,managers,operators and consumers in Ningbo body-building clubs.On the basis of the analysis and demonstration of the research results,the results of this study explored the existing principal problems in running Ningbo body-building clubs and put forward the basic structure of market system of body-building clubs,which was the network of body-building clubs system,plural patterns of the management of body-building clubs and the diversification of its service.
