| 摘 要： | 学分制改革是高校教育教学改革的必然趋势。学分制条件下,传统高校学生工作模式受到严峻挑战。通过转变学生工作理念、拓展学生工作阵地、建立导师制、完善学生综合素质测评体系、改革学生工作运行机制等措施可以有效实现学分制条件下高校学生工作的转型。

| Abstract: | Credit reform is the trend of teaching reform in higher education.Under the system of credit,the traditional student work mode is faced with serious challenges.Transformation of student work under credit system can be effectively implemented with the following measures: changing ideas of student work,expanding the area of student work,setting up tutor system,perfecting the assessment system of student comprehensive quality,and reforming student work mechanisms. |
