| 摘 要： | "双高计划"是教育部推出的旨在实现高职院校高水平发展的重要计划,但从哪些角度入手才能实现这一建设目标,是进入"双高计划"的高职院校普遍感到迷惘的。这是因为经过20多年的建设,我国高职院校的办学实力已经有了很大提升,进入了发展的平台期。要突破平台期,高职院校需要在思路上跳出"增强自身办学实力"的思维局限,主要围绕当前高职教育发展中具有普遍意义的重难点进行建设。这里有三个关键性建设任务需要关注,即以应用技术学科建设为依托回答高职教育的知识论基础问题,以教学内容标准与教材开发为抓手深度推进能力本位课程建设,以细化企业教学实施环节为核心推动校企合作的育人功能落地。

"Double High Plan" Construction of Vocational Colleges Should Focus on the Difficulties of Higher Vocational Education Development |

| Abstract: | The "Double High Plan" is an important plan launched by the Ministry of Education to achieve high-level development of vocational colleges, but how to achieve remains a question for the colleges listed in the "Double High Plan". This is because after more than 20 years of construction,the educational strength of China’s vocational colleges has been greatly improved, and it has entered a plateau phase. In order to break through, vocational colleges need to break away from the thinking limit of "enhancing their own school strengths" and focus on the construction of major and difficult points of general significance in the current development of higher vocational education.Here are three key construction tasks that need to be focused on: answering the basic knowledge issues of higher vocational education based on the construction of applied technology disciplines;deepening the construction of competency-based courses based on teaching content standards and teaching material development;and promoting the education function of college-enterprise cooperation with refining enterprise education as the core section. |
