| Abstract: | This paper introduces Balanced Scorecard （BSC） into the performance management of the demonstrative higher vocational college. It elaborates from the perspective of financial affairs, customer, internal business process, learning and growth respectively so as to help the demonstrative higher vocational college attain their work targets and achieve better results. |
