| 摘 要： | “新四化”在十八大报告中以“新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化”为主要内容的新型理念提出，在当今国际国内环境中5起了广泛的热议。作为中国现代化的必由之路，“新四化”体现出了与以往中国现代化进程中“四化”建设的不同特点，显示出现时代背景下的科学内涵。

| Abstract: | ＂New Four Modernizations＂ is presented in the report of the 18th party Congress as a new concept, which refers to new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. As an inevitable course of China modernization, new four modernizations are different from four modernization construction in the process of china modernization, and reveals the scientific connotation in the context of contemporary times. |
