| Abstract: | The experieotnce of P.E. teaching shows,that the cultivation of learning motives and good personality is very important,which is only useful to the maturity of students,but also benefical to the improvement of teaching ability in P.E. class.Furthcrmore,it is good for students to grasp the knowledge and skills of physical education.According to my own experience accumulated from teaching,I illustrate the importance of the cultivation of learning motives and good personality in the following parts. |
