| 摘 要： | 采用献调研、数据统计分析法，对2002年我国田径运动员和教练员注册的情况进行收集并从运动员的年龄结构、项目分布、队伍情况、技术等级情况和教练员的学历情况、年龄情况等方面进行分析。结果表明：我国目前田径运动员的队伍结构呈金字塔式，基层运动员人数过多，而高水平的人数比例太小；加年在册的一线教练员总体状况是比较合理的，但就是年轻的、低级职称的教练员所占比例过小，这对以后的发展是很不利的。

| Abstract: | Using the document surveys and statistical analysis methods,the author analyses the circumstances that our country track and field athletes and coach registered to 2002, from age structure , item distribution , troops circumstances , identification of skill circumstances and degree and age of coach etc The result show that our country present troops structure of track and field athletes assumes the pyramid type , and basic level athletes number is too much , and the account of high standard is too snall In 2002 copy a ray of coach's overall condition is reasonable,but coach who is young and elementary title of a technical occupies the small proportion |
