| Abstract: | The value of trust between writers and editors,editors and peer reviewers,writers and peer reviewers,and the members of editorial departments during the publishing of sci-tech periodicals is analyzed.It is put forward that trust should be established between writers,readers,editors and peer reviewers so as to enhance the overall quality of sci-tech periodicals. |
