| Abstract: | The scientific developing outlook put forward by the Communist Party on the basis of a broad andlong- term view contains profound philosophical reasons ,in the meanwhile it embodies many theories such asthe material theory of the world ,the theory of the universal relation ,the developing view ,the dialectical re-lation theory of the principle or nonprinciple contradiction,the theory of the inout factors and the guidingtheory of the value view .The scientific developing outlook embodies and develops the Marxist PhilosophicalTheory perfectly. |
