| 摘 要： | 认为政府面向公众的信息沟通问题成为公共危机管理的一个重要研究领域，目前已有较多研究成果。对国内外关于公共危机管理中政府面向公众的信息沟通的代表性研究进行综述，梳理其研究脉络，总结其研究特点，找出其存在的问题与不足，并对该领域研究的发展方向提出建议，以期为我国公共危机管理中政府面向公众信息沟通的后续研究提供参考与启示。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the public-oriented information communication is an important area in public crisis management research.There are abounds of achievements about this issue at home and abroad.In order to provide reference for follow-up study of China,this paper provides a review of related research produced by Chinese researchers and their overseas counterparts on public-oriented information communication in public crisis management in order to find out the deficiency of existing research and suggests that its future development should be improved. |
