游泳训练对高脂膳食大鼠超氧化物歧化酶基因表达的作用

摘    要:目的:研究高脂膳食大鼠通过10周的游泳有氧运动训练,探讨有氧运动对高脂大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的CuZn—SOD及Mn—SOD mRNA基因表达的影响作用,为自由基理论在肥胖领域的研究中提供新的思路。方法:采用RT—PCR方法分别测定心肌和骨骼肌的uZn—SOD及Mn—SOD基因表达结果:高脂膳食组大鼠心肌和骨骼肌的CuZn—SOD及Mn—SOD mRNA基因表达明显低于安静对照组;运动对照组心肌和骨骼肌的CuZn-SOD及Mn—SOD mRNA基因表达最高,而且高脂膳食运动组心肌和骨骼肌的CuZn—SOD及Mn—SOD mRNA基因表达明显高于高脂膳食组。结论:肥胖个体抗氧化酶下降,高脂肪高热量饮食可能使自由基产生增多,提示肥胖形成过程中可能产生氧化应激.表明经过运动训练后抗氧化能力提高,减轻因肥胖引起的自由基损伤,进而预防和减少肥胖造成的危害性。

Abstract:objective:To study the effects of gene expression of CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD in rat of high fat diet during swimming training for ten weeks,the theory of free radical in the study of obesity is provided.Methods:CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD mRNA expression of myocardium and skeletal muscle tissue by RT-PCR were determined.Results:CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD mRNA expression in FC group is higher than in C group,that in E group is highest,that in FE group is higher than in FC group.Conclusion:antioxidant enzyme decreased because free radicals increased with high fat diet,it shows that oxidative stress may be generate with the development of obesity.The results suggest the damage by free radical were alleviated for antioxidant capacity increasing.
