| 摘 要： | 以北方冬季男女大学生体育锻炼的行为及动机为研究内容,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法和数理统计等方法,分析了影响冬季男女大学生参加体育锻炼的动机、影响因素、行为及锻炼的项目,目的是为了加强高校冬季体育教学改革的深入进行,更好地对大学生实施全民健身意识和终身体育思想,使大学生对冬季体育锻炼运动产生极大的兴趣并从中获得乐趣,以便提高冬季体育教学效果及其运动价值。研究结果表明,冬季男女大学生在锻炼动机、锻炼行为、锻炼项目等方面有一致性但也存在差异,并提出增强男女大学生冬季体育锻炼意识,培养终身体育能力,开发学生的潜能和创新意识等建议。
