| 摘 要： | 通过运用三维运动学分析的方法,对我国现役8名男子链球选手的旋转技术进行研究发现,我国男子链球选手在旋转过程中右腿后留幅度小,左侧下肢压紧效果差,右脚着地瞬间右腿伸展不积极、幅度小,违背了掷链球"晚抬早落"的特征,旋转节奏差,马良重心位置开始阶段较高,整个旋转用力过程中上下起伏的程度较小,张大鹏、单长成的重心曲线平稳,上下起伏程度小,王士筑、郑蕾蕾、万勇等选手的重心曲线起伏较大,重心上下移动幅度大。普遍存在器械出手瞬间右侧下肢蹬伸不充分的现象,右侧用力不积极,而左侧下肢伸展幅度较大。 |
