| 摘 要： | 针对擒拿格斗课时少、学生基础差、教学任务重的教学现状和公安实际的要求，近几年我们运用改进的专项素质训练项目和训练计划，合理安排学生运动量、运动强度等训练方法，通过课内外教学、辅导相配套，并与基础体能课相联系，抓好兴趣小组和代表队训练及运用以考促练等训练手段，来提高擒拿格斗专项素质的训练效果。这一教学改革结果表明，学生的擒拿格斗专项素质、技术水平、意志品质得到很大提高，教学效果十分明显。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the less course of arresting and grappling, the weak basis of students, the present situation of teaching quantity and the practical request of police, this paper promotes training events and plan, organizes the training amount and degree reasonably by means of some measures in order to improve the training offect of arresting and grappling skill. The reform shows that the effect was obvious that the major quality,the skill level and the will are all developed. |
