| 摘 要： | “香山人才”是指熟练掌握香山帮传统建筑营造技艺的高素质专门人才。“香山人才”的培养途径主要有家族式传统技艺传承、企业技能大师工作室、产教融合化传承、名师培训、技能比武等方式。针对当前“香山人才”的培养途径,可做如下优化:优化人才培养模式,完善“香山人才计划”培训体系;建立培训学院,与职业院校开展实质性的深度合作;鼓励著书立说,走文化相融的“香山人才”可持续发展之路;营造工匠文化,确立尊匠崇能的人才价值观。

| Abstract: | "Xiangshan talent"refers to the high-quality professionals who master the traditional architectural construction techniques of Xiangshan faction.The cultivation methods of"Xiangshan talents"mainly include family traditional skills inheritance,skill master studios of enterprise,industry and education integration inheritance,famous teachers training,skills competition and so on.At present,the cultivation methods of"Xiangshan talents"can be optimized as follows:optimizing the talent cultivation mode and improving the training system of"Xiangshan talents plan";Establish training colleges and carry out substantive and in-depth cooperation with vocational colleges;Encourage the writing of books to take the road of sustainable development of"xiangshan talent"with cultural integration;Build craftsman culture and establish the talent value that respect craftsman and worship ability. |
