| Abstract: | The cultivation of EQ is of great importance to Business Majors in higher vocational colleges from the angles of enterpises,students and colleges.Based on the current situation of cultivating the Business Majors in higher vocational colleges,this article studies the ways to reform this training mode from such aspects as increasing the awareness,perfecting the program,making possible the innovative teaching,carrying out practice activities and strengthening the employment guide,etc. |
