| Abstract: | The autonomous development is of great importance in class teachers＇ professionalization, of which it is the highest state. Its content includes such aspects as professionali cognition, abilities and morality. The autonomous development of a class teacher need to be raised in learning, to be tempered in practice, to grow in researches and to be completed in reflection. |
