| 摘 要： | 揭示现行武术教学计划存在培养目标与就业现实之间脱离、人才规格与毕业达到要求之间有落差、专业必修课程设置中缺乏民族传统体育专业特色等问题,并分析其原因认为:缺失从学科角度深刻把握本学科的内在特点、缺乏从国内外社会需要视角及时创建性的修订教学计划、缺少从学科知识体系角度确立计划和构建课程体系;进一步提出修订的设想:在制订教学计划的基本原理指导下,充分考虑民族传统体育学科的内在逻辑性和社会需求以及学科发展趋势,对人才培养目标和规格的修订提出了具体建议,如培养目标中增加"安保系统、娱乐演艺和国际文化传播"方向、人才规格应该定位"高级"、课程设置避免竞技项目化、认为武术技术是一种身体操作知识,从知识角度构建课程,"突出拳种课程化,课程分层体系化"、武术课程技术体系结构为功架类--长击类--短打类--圆柔类等,提出建立基功课、"师徒传承"方式等系列建议.

| Abstract: | In the present Wushu teaching plan there is a gap between training target and employment,talent quality and graduation requirement,and major required courses are lack of national traditional features.The paper thinks that is because the feature of subject cannot be mastered from a perspective of academy,the teaching plan is not modified constructively for the social need of domestic and abroad,and course construction and plan are not considered from a perspective of subject knowledge system.It is suggested that security guard,entertainment and international culture communication should be added to the training target,and talent quality be positioned advanced.The courses should not be a tendency of competition but knowledge of physical exercises,and be constructed by knowledge.The types of boxing can be constructed as courses,and courses can be divided into layers systemically.A series of suggestions like setting up basic exercises and teacher-to-student teaching are also put forward. |
