摘    要:为探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠抗疲劳能力的影响,将86只SD大鼠随机分为对照组和服药组,通过适应性训练后,进行一次力竭性运动,测定运动后即刻、运动后24h、48 h的血液CK、LDH和IL-4等有关指标.结果表明:与对照组相比,服药组的各指标升高幅度均较低(p<0.01).结论:银杏叶提取物对骨骼肌细胞膜的正常结构和机能具有保护作用,能降低运动后急性免疫应答反应,因而具有抗运动性疲劳的作用,将其开发为运动营养补剂应具广阔的前景.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the(EGb) on the fatigue-resistant ability of rats,96 rats are randomly divided into one contrastive group and another that takes the medicine,which,having undergone the adaptive training and an exhausting-test movement,leads to the revelation of the quotas concerned in the blood CK,LDH and IL-4 of the rats after they are instantly involved in the movement and after the completion of the movement,with the result that quotas got from the second group represent in a lower increase than those from the first one.The conclusion drawn from the test is that the EGb performs a protective function to the normal structure and mechanism of the rats' skeleton muscle cell membrane,able to decrease their acute immunity replying response after movement with the power of ridding fatigue,thus having a bright future in being developed into a nourishing medicine.
