| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导民族法学发展的重要理论方针,它的提出实现了法律观念的根本转变,保障了民族法学的可持续发展。此外,科学发展观要求从社会发展的实际需要出发,以法律生态化的理念对现行环法律制度进行全面的评价,并按照21世纪环境时代的要求进行法学理论和法律制度的创新。
