摘    要:赛前训练是运动员在参加重大比赛前,为创造优异成绩所做的专门性准备训练过程。体能类项群赛前训练阶段的时间,根据专项的不同特点,安排的长短不一,一般在21~45天之间;赛前训练的负荷量和强度、大负荷高峰的出现,比赛负荷的比重,以及临赛前负荷的调整的最佳时间,也因项目和运动员水平的不同而不尽相同;赛前训练内容的选择和方法、手段的采用与平时训练有较大区别,赛前训练必须制订周密的计划,考虑多方面的因素,最关键的是要安排和调整好运动负荷。

Abstract:Pre-competition training is a special preparing and training process for top performance in compe-tition. The duration of pre-competition training may be different due to differences in sports events, com-monly lasting from 21 to 45 days. Loading volume, intensity, the adoption of peak load, the proportion of competition load as well as the optimal time for load adujustment depend on specific event and individual level,The selection and adoption of content, method and means of pre competition training greatly differs with daily training. A detailed plan is necessary for pre-competition training. Multiple factors must be considered when planning pre-competition, of which the key is to rationally arrange and adjust the loading.
