| Abstract: | In the guiding educaiton of obtainning employment, we should not only just give intruduction and employment education in tradional meaning, but also give direct guidance according students' individual characteristics,so as to help students hold objective view of finding employment,cast off puzzles and achieve employement in perfect harmony. |
