| 摘 要： | 根据《中国群众体育现状调查与研究》提供的数据，我国体育人口的年龄呈“两头热，中间冷”的“马鞍型”状态。这样的年龄结构特征，并不是一种理想的结构特征。认真分析其中的原因，很重要的一点是在我们的学校体育特别是中小学学校体育教育中，很少有意识地培养和激发人们长期参加体育锻炼的兴趣和习惯，建立健康的生活方式。

| Abstract: | According to the Investigation and study on the present situation of the Mass Sports, it shows a "saddle type" of the age structure, "both ends are hot, the middle is cold" and this kind of age structure is no good. Probing into the reason of this situation, we may see school PE, specialy in the primary and middle is pand less attention to cultivate sports exercise interest and habit and construct healthy life style consciously. |
