| 摘 要： | 新维志士康有为认为，教育发展和科技创新是欧美诸国富强的重要原因，在近代国际环境下，我国欲摆脱民族危机，就须变法维新，尤须以兴教、“开民智”为当务之急；他主张废科举，实施近代国民教育，强调要造成有利于兴学和科技创新的机制与氛围，其思想具有鲜明的时代特征和重要的启蒙意义。

| Abstract: | Kang Youwei considered educational development and scientific innovation as the cardinal element for the prosperity of the Western countries. He not only believed that the development of education was crucial for the nation to survive the crisis, but also advocated the idea of national education as a replacement of the traditional imperial examination system, and emphasized the construction and creation of the mechanism and atmosphere for educational development and scientific education. Kang's thoughts are of distinctive time spirit and of significant enlightment. |
