论班主任在新课程改革背景下的角色转变

摘    要:班主任不仅是班级发展的领导者、学校教育理念的推动者,而且也是家庭教育的深化者和得力助手。因此,班主任的角色定位对整个班级学生,乃至对学校教学活动具有极其重要的作用。传统教育模式下的班主任,更多的是扮演检查者、监督者、保姆和通讯员等不民主的角色。随着新课程改革的实施与推进,班主任角色必须发生如下变化:班主任应该是学生精神上的关怀者、学生学习上的引路人、学生生活上的知心朋友、学生在家校面前的代言人和学生班级中的设计师。

Abstract:The class teacher is not only the leader of the class and the promoter of school education but also the assistant of family education.Therefore,the class teacher′s role definition is very important to the student and the school.In traditional education the class teacher acts as an inspector,a monitor,a nanny and a correspondent who is undemocratic.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the role of the class teacher should change as follows:the class teacher should be the spiritual mentor,the learning guide and the intimate friend of the student,the prolocutor of the parents and the school and the designer of the class.
