| Abstract: | In conducting the macroscopic encouragement to the elite athletes, the following problems should he paid attention to: the rewards given to the elite athletes when their going in for the major compe titions,the special rewards given to the athletes of different age groups after the excellent performance in the competitions, the arrangement for the placement of the elite athletes after retirement, the reasonal interchange and the participation in the fair competition for the talented athletes. |
