| 摘 要： | 目前,在学分制和二级管理体制下,高职院校排课工作的制约因素主要表现为：教师、学生、教室等因素的冲突;现行排课方式与二级管理体制的冲突。因此,在高职院校的排课管理工作中应以人为本,协调各要素之间的关系,建立良好的管理机制,从而实现排课工作的高效率、高质量,建立良好的教学秩序。

| Abstract: | Due to the current credit system and dual management,there exist conflicts between teachers,students and classrooms as well as conflicts between scheduling methods and dual management system as regards the practice of course scheduling in vocational colleges.Therefore,course scheduling in vocational colleges should care for people＇s needs,coordinate various relationships and set up a sound management system so as to ensure the efficiency and quality of course scheduling and to keep the order of teaching practice. |
