| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济时代，市场经济渴望高素质人才。为了适应市场经济对高素质人才的需求，高校体育教育必须明确改革与发展的方向，做出适当的调整和改革，大力提高教师素质，最终为社会培养出21世纪高质量的综合性人才。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is the times of knowledge economy, the market economy is short of talents of high quality. For satisfying the needs of the economy, sport education should identify the target of reform and development, adjust to it and improve the teacher's quality and foster synthetic talents of high quality for the the society in the 21st century. |
