| 摘 要： | 股票、彩票均属机会游戏范畴。游戏的本质就是“博弈”，是一种理性策略行为。机遇的存在是客观的，普遍的，客观世界中的机遇引入主观世界，用模拟方式，在社会生活中创造机遇，供人们娱乐休闲，机会游戏便应运而生，在商品社会中迅速普及。赌博是机会游戏的异化。人们从赌博得到启示，又创造了博彩游戏。赌博与博彩，两者形式相似，却有着本质的区别，核心是介入游戏的主要资金所有权转换方向决然不同，操作方式不同。博彩是对赌博的一种有限的却是有效的反驳，无论从伦理道德上、行为特征上，还是社会效果上，都是如此。

| Abstract: | Stock and lottery respectively belongs to category of the opportunity game.As a kind of rational strategy behavior,game's essence is'gamble'.The existence of the opportunity is objective and widespread.When the opportunity in objective world goes into the subjective world,and creating the opportunity for people's amusement and recreation in the social activities using the simulation method,the opportunity game emerges as the times require and is quickly all-known.Getting inspiration from the wager,people create the jeu game.The form of the wager and jeu is alike,but their essence is different,the core is the ownership's conversion direction of the main funds that gets involved the game definitely different.Not only from the ethics morally,the behavior characteristic,but also from social result,it is a limited but valid contradiction. |
