| 摘 要： | 社会和谐从根本上说是人与人关系的和谐。只有坚持以民为本,从最广大人民的利益和需要出发谋发展、促发展,使广大群众各尽其能、各得其所而又和睦相处,才能构建社会主义和谐社会。坚持“以人为本”必须反对个人主义和人类中心主义倾向,处理好一些重大关系特别是利益关系。

| Abstract: | The harmony of a society lies fundamentally in the harmony among men.To build a harmonious society,we need to stick to the principle of people foremost,to meet the needs of and bring benefits to the greatest possible people by social-economic development where each can contribute his best in his proper place while maintaining harmonious relationship with all around him.Individualism and anthropocentrism are to be avoided among other issues. |
