| 摘 要： | 学生管理工作是高职院校管理工作中重要的一部分,学生管理工作的好坏直接影响着高职院校发展,影响着高职学生综合素质。以广西农业职业技术学院为例,探讨班主任协同辅导员管理工作机制,总结取得的工作效果,为其他院校学生管理工作的改革创新提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Absorb： Student management plays an important role in higher vocational college management, the performance of which di- rectly affects development of higher vocational colleges and student synthetic quality. In Guangxi Vocational College of Agricul- ture as an example, the paper explores the collaborative management mechanism of class advisers and instructors. It summarizes the effect of the collaborative management mechanism in order to provide reference for student management in other colleges. |
