| 摘 要： | 法学教育人才培养目标的不明确是导致我国高素质法律人才短缺与法学专业毕业生结构性过剩的根本原因。科学定位我国法学教育的人才培养目标是法学教育改革的切入点和关键。未来法学教育应该是多层次、一体化体系下的高起点、法律事务的大众化与法律职业的精英化相统一的发展方向,因此也决定了我国法学教育人才培养目标理应在多层次结构上的法学应用人才、法学研究人才和社会管理人才的共同培养。
