论“暗示”教育在大学生人格塑造中的潜隐性作用

摘    要:人格教育对于大学生塑造全面的素质有着关键性的作用。由于大学生处于特定的年龄层次,不同的受教育经历,有着较为独立的人格与思想意识,因此在进行人格教育时,传统的教育模式已经不再适合。而暗示教育(分为自暗示与他暗示)则由于与个体的潜意识的紧密相连,注重原动力效应,在人格教育中显得至关重要。从暗示的由来以及人格教育的特殊性和大学生的特定地位,我们都不难看出暗示教育所发挥的潜隐性作用。这种潜隐性正是因为和内在的潜意识相联系,故而它的现实意义和现实作用是非常巨大的。实际教育效果是具有可行性的。

Abstract:Personality education plays a critical role in developing university students' comprehensive quality.Due to different age levels,different education experiences,independent personality and ideology,traditional educational model can not be adaptable to the personality education nowadays.Implication education,closely related to the individual subconsciousness,attaches importance on the initial effect,which is important in the personality education.The potential function of implication can be found both from the source of implication and particularity of personality education and position of university students.The potential nature is closely related to the internal subconciousness,it plays an important role in realizing the personality education.
