漫谈英语词汇教学法

摘    要:英语词汇记忆困难,如果教师能根据不同的实际情况,运用思维规律选择教法,帮助学生不断地充实和灵活运用已有的知识和经验,强化刺激学生的第二信号系统,达到足够的输入量,学生就可能形成对词或词群的抽象思维和感受能力。本文强调了词汇教学在英语教学中的重要性,探讨了词汇教学的中心内容,词汇教学法的研究及词汇教学法应遵循的几个原则。

Abstract:English lexical items are so dull and tedious that many students feel it is hard to remember them, let alone to grasp the methods. As a matter of fact, if the teachers can use the regular pattern of thinking and select the teaching methods according to different situations, help students to enrich and apply the knowledge, experience constantly, and strengthen the stimulation of the students' second signal system, then the learners can achieve enough input and form the abilities of abstractive thinking and feeling on words and phrases. In this article, the writer emphasizes the importance of vocabulary teaching and expatiates the central content, the previous researches as well as the principles of vocabulary teaching methodology.
