| Abstract: | Work -Integrated Learning is the major innovation and a profound change in the talent cultivation pattern of higher vocational education. The implementation of the new personnel training mode brings the emergence of the new circumstances and the new problems to the Party construction in vocational colleges, which requires us to have the problems settled both at the level of the building of the new teaching and research team and of the building of the new student organizations. |
