| 摘 要： | 提升京津冀大中型企业创新能力，是实现京津冀产业协同发展战略的内在需要，是实现京津冀大中型企业可持续发展的重要抓手，是形成京津冀区域经济新的增长点的重要保证。根据京津冀产业协同发展的内在要求及区域内大中型企业发展的现状，观念意识陈旧、创新定位不准、投入力度不够、创新机制欠缺等是京津冀大中型企业创新能力不足的主要原因。京津冀大中型企业应从培育创新发展理念、明确创新研发定位、加大创新研发投入和健全创新发展机制等方面全面提升自身的创新能力。

The Main Ways to Enhance the Innovation Ability of Large and Medium-sized Enterprises in Jing-Jin-Ji |

| Abstract: | To enhance the innovation ability of Jing-Jin-Ji large and medium-sized enterprises is the internal needs of the Jing-Jin-Ji industry collaborative development strategy, it is the key point for the sustainable development of Jing-Jin-Ji large and medium-sized enterprises, and it is also the important guarantee for the new economy growth point of this region. Combined with the internal requirements of the joint development of Jing-Jin-Ji industry and the current situation of the development of large and medium-sized enterprises in the region, from the old concept of consciousness, the incorrect innovation orientation, and the lack of investment and innovation mechanism, this article talked about the reasons of the weak innovation ability of Jing-Jin-Ji large and medium-sized enterprises. Accordingly, the Jing-Jin-Ji large and medium-sized enterprises should improve their innovation abilities from the cultivation of innovative ideas, the correction of innovative and development, the increasing of investment and the improvement of mechanism, etc. |
