| 摘 要： | 健美操是一种以人的身体动作为主要表现手段,并综合了音乐、服饰等艺术形式,以具有节奏感和创造性的直观的动态的形象,表现人的情感、活力和思想,反映社会生活的艺术。健美操具有直觉性、动作性、节奏性、造型性、抒情性、综合性等艺术特征。
